Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration and checkout.

2. Products, Specifications & Pricing

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the dimensions, ergonomics, materials, and colors of our gaming chairs and desks as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on monitor display settings, and minor measurement variances may occur.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any model, colorway, or accessory at any time.

Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous specifications, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and charged. In such cases, a prompt refund will be issued.

3. Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel transactions for reasons including suspected fraud, stock shortages, or regional shipping restrictions.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and authorized electronic payment methods. By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you have legal authorization to use the designated payment method.

Order Modifications: Once an order enters our fulfillment or dispatch stage, address changes or order modifications may not be possible or may incur additional carrier handling fees.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Title

Delivery Terms: Orders are shipped from our fulfillment hubs or Turkish headquarters to international destinations.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: Unless explicitly designated as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout, international shipments may be subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, and VAT/taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. In case of exterior carton damage upon delivery, please document the condition with photos and obtain a carrier damage report immediately.

5. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

Return Conditions: Detailed procedures and eligibility for returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Furniture items that have been assembled or modified may be subject to restocking fees or return restrictions.

Warranty Support: Xprime gaming chairs, desks, and hardware are covered by our standard manufacturer warranty against structural defects, mechanism failures, and hydraulic piston malfunctions under standard use. Wear and tear, intentional misuse, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to the Xprime® trademark, logos, industrial designs, technical schematics, graphics, text, images, and software—is the exclusive property of Xprime Gaming Equipments or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and industrial property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

Interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the platform.
